FAQ

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

Is it a real race?
Yes — every event is chip-timed and you'll see your time and rank in the results email. But it's also walker-friendly: pick a wave that matches your pace, take the photos, dance the course. We don't judge.
How long is it?
Most events are a 5K (3.1 miles). The Fire & Ice tour stop is a 10K, and the Disco Mile is exactly one mile — kid-friendly and stroller-welcome.
Is there a minimum age?
Anyone can register, but runners under 13 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Under 5 runs free with a paid adult; no chip, no shirt.
What should I wear?
White if it's a Glow Run (UV light pops on white). Something you'll throw away (or keep weirdly forever) if it's a Color Dash. Closed-toe shoes always. We sell a starter kit at packet pickup if you're traveling light.
What if it rains?
Light rain — we run. We light up better when wet. Lightning, severe weather, or anything that puts our zones at risk and we'll postpone to the rain date posted with your ticket. Full refund if we cancel outright.
Refunds & transfers?
Full refund up to 30 days out. Free transfer to a friend up to 7 days out. After that, your bib stays in your name but we'll send a coupon for 50% off the next stop on the tour.
Where does the money go?
Each event partners with one local non-profit — usually youth fitness or city parks. A fixed percentage of every entry goes directly to them, named on the event page before you check out.
Can I bring a stroller / wheelchair?
Strollers welcome in the walker waves on all 5K and Disco Mile events. Push-rim wheelchairs welcome in all waves; please email us 7 days out so we can route you cleanly through the zones.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry — the light rigs, smoke, and crowds aren't a good night out for a dog. Service animals welcome, please flag at registration.
Is the after-party kid-friendly?
The first 90 minutes are family-friendly. After that, it's a 21+ vibe (we hand out wristbands at the finish). The course itself is all-ages.
Where do I park?
Each event page lists official parking. We always negotiate a discount with a nearby garage and post the link with your confirmation. Most stops are also a short walk from transit.
I run a brand — can we sponsor / set up a booth?
Yes — talk to us. We keep the sponsor village curated and on-brand: food, drink, lifestyle, fitness, music.
When does registration actually open?
For the Austin inaugural event, registration opens to our waitlist 48 hours before it goes public. Join the waitlist and we'll send one email with your registration window.
